Connery came to the Willamette Valley by way of San Francisco. After spending 8 years working in Michelin-starred restaurants, he followed his passion for Old World Pinot Noir to Oregon. He has extensive luxury hospitality and events experience, as well as in depth knowledge of food and wine. He’s eager to apply his experience in competitive fine dining to elevate the Ambar tasting room experience.

He has a passion for gardening, cooking as well as entertaining. He spends most of his spare time with his favorite cousins enjoying the beauty of the Willamette Valley.
